Abstract:
This talk will highlight what interpersonal coordination is and how it works in our social relations. After reviewing the social and cognitive theoretical background of coordination, we will cover recent methodological developments in the research field. The speaker also showcases his (un)published studies.
Bio:
Ken Fujiwara is an assistant professor of psychology at National Chung Cheng University. He received his Ph.D. from Osaka University and studies interpersonal communication and relationships, nonverbal synchrony, and automated nonverbal coding techniques. His research has been published in Behavioral Research Methods, Journal of Nonverbal Behavior, European Journal of Social Psychology, and Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology. He is an associate editor of Journal of Nonverbal Behavior.
